We do everything we can to provide you with the best possible service. Nevertheless, it is possible that a product or our service is not to your satisfaction. Then you can file a complaint. Mail to info@citroenair.eu. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a written reaction from us within 14 days. We use the following definition for the complaints policy: A complaint is an oral or written expression of an expectation of a customer that has not been met, and where a response from us is desirable. If you, as a business client, are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to Thuiswinkel for mediation (via www.thuiswinkel.org).
